TILF.club is designed with privacy-first principles. We only collect the minimal information necessary to operate our verification platform:

• Account & Authentication Data: When you sign in (e.g. via magic link or email), we store your email address and authentication session tokens.
• User Submissions: Claims, source links, comments, and correction tickets you submit publicly to the platform.
• Technical Usage & Analytics: Anonymous diagnostic telemetry (browser type, device screen size, and page interaction metrics) to optimize site performance.

We use your information exclusively to:

• Process and verify user-submitted claims and fact suggestions.
• Provide discussion forums, corrections, and moderation workflows.
• Deliver newsletter subscriptions (if explicitly opted-in).
• Protect platform integrity against spam, automated abuse, and fraud.

When claims are submitted for fact review, public claim text may be transmitted to AI model providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) for automated multi-pass verification and research summarization. Personal identifiers are stripped before AI processing.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to third-party data brokers.

You retain the right to request deletion of your account and personal submission records at any time by contacting our editorial team.
