TILF.club and its published content, posters, mascot commentary, and social media videos are created strictly for editorial, satirical, commentary, and entertainment purposes.

TILF.club does not claim to be an authoritative or definitive source of truth. Rather, for intellectual curiosity and fun, we utilize artificial intelligence to explore, analyze, and test the factualness of popular trivia, historical claims, and cultural myths. Content is provided "as-is" without warranty of absolute accuracy.

1. Submitted Claims & Legal Protections

TILF.club publishes verified facts across our website and syndicates content across major social media platforms. All claims submitted to TILF.club must strictly comply with the following legal and safety requirements:

  • No Defamatory or Malicious Content: Submissions must not contain libelous, slanderous, or defamatory statements targeting any individual—living or deceased. Claims cannot be used for character assassination, harassment, or personal vendettas.
  • Strictly No NSFW / Explicit Content: Submissions must be safe for general audiences (SFW). Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, self-harm depictions, or non-consensual content will result in immediate rejection and account suspension.
  • Cross-Platform Social Standards: Because verified claims are adapted into posters and videos for broadcast on social media (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X), all claims must satisfy mainstream social network community standards.

2. Editorial Rights & Verdict Authority

By submitting a claim, source link, or suggestion to TILF.club, you acknowledge and agree that TILF.club retains full editorial freedom and authority over all published material:

  • Right to Create & Distribute Social Media Content: TILF.club retains the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to create derivative works, illustrations, animated posters, audio narrations, and video content (including for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, X, and newsletters) from any user-submitted claim or topic.
  • Right to Edit & Rephrase: TILF.club reserves the unequivocal right to modify, edit, condense, rephrase, or rewrite claim titles, descriptions, and takeaways to ensure grammatical clarity, neutrality, and factual precision.
  • Right to Publicly Rate & Notate: TILF.club reserves the right to notate, label, classify, or publish any submitted claim under any verdict—including notating that a claim is Unverified, Misleading, Plausible, or Fabricated / False (Not Likely True).
  • Sole Editorial Discretion: We reserve the right to accept, reject, unpublish, archive, or delete any submission or user comment at our sole discretion without notice or liability.

3. Truth & Multi-Source Verification Standard

Our mission is separating genuine scientific, historical, and cultural facts from viral myths. Every published fact undergoes multi-pass verification against reputable academic publications, primary documentation, and established consensus.

Thoroughly debunked with no scientific or historical validity.

4. AI Transparency & Ethical Art Generation

TILF.club utilizes AI models to assist with research summarization and generating chalkboard poster art. We adhere to clear disclosure standards:

  • Human Oversight: Editorial staff reviews all AI research drafts prior to publishing.
  • No Deceptive Deepfakes: We never generate photorealistic deepfakes of real individuals to spread false narratives. Poster art is stylized chalkboard illustration.
  • Clear AIGC Disclosures: Content broadcast to social platforms carries clear AI generation labels where required by platform policies.

5. Discussion Civility & Peer Review

Discussion sections are reserved for evidence-based peer inquiry. Harassment, condescension, hate speech, trolling, or bad-faith debunking without citations are strictly forbidden and will be moderated.
